Terms of Service

Thank you for visiting our website. This document is our Terms of Service (i.e., “Agreement”) for Stay Fresh Cleaning Services LLC website. It is a legally binding contract between our Company, visitors, users, and customers. If you do not agree with these terms or are under the age of eighteen, we ask that you do not use, access this website, or reserve services through our Company.


We reserve the right to amend or change our Terms of Service at any time, and by your continued use of our website and services, you are agreeing to these provisions. Our Privacy Policy is separate from this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, Stay Fresh Cleaning Services LLC may also mean “We,” “Us,” or “Our,” while “Customer” or “Client” may also mean “You” or “Your.”


Stay Fresh Cleaning Services LLC is not the employer of the house cleaner referred to you. We refer highly vetted cleaners in the area to our customers.


Cleaning Services

Stay Fresh Cleaning Services LLC provides professional residential and other cleaning services.


When scheduling online, you will be prompted to provide your contact information and select a specific cleaning service. We will also need to know the size of the premises to be cleaned, as well as the number of bathrooms and other specific needs. All bookings will have a one to two (1-2) hour arrival window due to unexpected delays or events. Rate increases or changes will be posted on our website, and customers will be notified via email.



Scheduling and Confirmation

Confirmation: When booking a cleaning service online, you understand that it does not automatically guarantee a customer an appointment for that day and time. One of our representatives will contact you by email or phone to confirm your appointment.


To help keep prices low and avoid trip fees, we schedule our cleanings to minimize driving time. If you need a specific time, we will do our best to meet your needs but cannot make any guarantees.


Customers are expected to be on the premises when our representative arrives unless previous arrangements have been made with a security code and key.


If the Customer is unavailable and our representative or agent is locked out, you understand and agree that this will incur a $100.00 lockout fee.


Appointment Window: Our Company permits a one-to-two-hour arrival window due to unforeseen events (e.g., traffic, weather) for each scheduled cleaning. If our representative is delayed, our Company will notify you via phone call or text.



Payment

Payment for services can be made via credit or debit card through the Client portal on the website or via phone. Our Company accepts all major credit and debit cards. We reserve the right to collect and retain your credit/debit card information for payment of cleaning services rendered. Your card will not be charged until after the scheduled cleaning has been completed.


Payment Options and Discounts: We offer different payment options depending on the cleaning frequency. Customers may schedule weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly cleaning services unless otherwise discussed. Additional services are available through our Website Portal or by contacting us for a custom quote.


Customers who enroll in regular cleaning services authorize our Company to charge their credit or debit card on file. Charges will be made only after the scheduled cleaning has been completed.


Financial Responsibility: You understand and agree to be personally and financially responsible for any outstanding costs and fees for cleaning services provided by our Company under this Agreement, including but not limited to collection costs, attorney fees, and legal costs for unpaid amounts.



Refunds

We do not offer refunds, as our business is built on providing customers with the highest quality service possible. However, if you are unhappy with your completed scheduled cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the event, and we will correct the error at no additional charge to you.



Right to Refuse Service

Our Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time and for any reason to protect our Company, subcontractors, and agents. Our policies prevent our representatives and agents from working on premises where there are weapons, extreme clutter, disconnected utilities, or aggressive pets.



Cancellation Fee

You understand that our subcontractors and agents have the option to leave the premises if the area is exceedingly unclean or if they feel intimidated, unsafe, or endangered. If our subcontractor or agent cancels a scheduled cleaning for any of the above reasons, you understand and agree that you will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee.



Cancellations

24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment to avoid a $100.00 cancellation fee. Customers must provide notice via email or phone call.


Cancellation Fee: Failure to provide notice within 24 hours will result in a $100.00 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the Customer’s credit card on file.


Lockouts: If our Company’s representatives are unable to gain entrance to the property, are turned away at the door, or refused entrance without prior notice, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.



Security and Alarms

Access: By scheduling a cleaning service, you are granting our Company’s representatives and agents access to your home or premises to conduct the cleaning.


Security Systems: If your home has a security system, please notify our Company in advance of the cleaning. The system must be in the “off” position, or provide our Company with the necessary instructions and code to operate it. Please notify us immediately if the security code changes to avoid a lockout fee.


Keys: Stay Fresh Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for any damages or theft to the client’s home if the client chooses to leave a door open or place a key under a mat or in any unsecured location.


Upon termination or cancellation of services, our Company will return all customer keys in its possession within 48 hours or the next business day.



Using Customer’s Equipment

If the Customer requests that we use their cleaning equipment or vacuum, you understand and agree that our Company, owners, employees, or agents will not assume or accept responsibility for the equipment or any damages that may occur. If the Customer’s equipment is inoperable at the time of our representative’s arrival, they will use their own equipment if permitted.



Special Cleaning Instructions

Green Cleaning Supplies: Please notify us prior to cleaning if you require us to use exclusively green cleaning solutions.Personal Cleaning Supplies: If you want our representatives to use your personal cleaning supplies, please have them readily available.


What We Cannot Clean: We do not provide mold removal or hazardous material cleaning, nor do we clean hoarding homes or areas with bodily fluids, blood, feces, vomit, cat litter boxes, bird cages, urine, or excrement from animals or humans.



Limited Liability

Neither our Company, its owners, employees, representatives, nor agents will be liable for cleaning products and materials provided by the Customer. You agree to hold our Company harmless from damages, injuries, harm, accidents, or losses as a result of using your cleaning products and materials, including vacuums, equipment, towels, detergents, and other cleaning agents.



Inaccessible Locations & Heavy Objects

For safety and liability, our representatives and agents are not permitted to climb higher than a step stool or work outside of the home. If you wish for items over 35 pounds to be moved, the Customer must move them in advance.



Breakage and Loss

Our representatives and agents are professional, experienced cleaners. All of our representatives are insured and will take reasonable precautions when cleaning. However, the chance of property damage or breakage exists. Report any damage or loss within 24 hours by email or phone.


Limited Liability: Our Company, its owners, employees, and agents are not responsible for damages due to regular wear and tear or improper installation of an item.



Non-Solicitation

During and for a year after this Agreement, you agree not to solicit any employee, agent, or independent contractor of Stay Fresh Cleaning Services LLC, nor induce any associated individuals to terminate or breach any relationship with our Company.



Modification and Assignment

The customer understands and agrees that this Agreement may not be assigned, sold, transferred, or modified without the prior written consent of an authorized representative of our Company.



Website Usage

Our website may only be used for legal purposes. Unauthorized actions, including but not limited to, downloading or copying content, using bots, data mining, and infringing on our intellectual property rights, are strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois . Any invalid provisions shall be considered altered to not affect the rest of this agreement.

E-Sign: Each party to this Agreement may electronically sign it. Electronic signatures are considered as valid as handwritten signatures.
